Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Returns that do not meet hygiene standards will not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

with your order number and reason for the return.

Wait for confirmation and instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping fees are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
